RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs arising from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalized products

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This exclusion applies exclusively to actually personalized products. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to regular HATELOVE products with fixed designs created by HATELOVE.
